I had a lease with BMW. The car was bought by CarSense and the remaining lease paid off. We received a bill from BmW for a disposition fee. The disposition fee is for BMW to prepare the car for resale. Since the car was not turned into BMW I should not be required to pay this fee. I sent a letter to BmW and called twice to get no satisfaction. The last person I spoke to said it doesn't matter that you didn't turn your car into BMW we can do whatever we want with this money. BMW is punishing you because we didn't purchase another BMW or turn it in to the dealership. Resolution Sought I want BMW to waive this fee.
