Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My ex-husband and I bought a BMW together, LN #1002239211. We divorced and my ex-husband let the car get repossessed. Fast forward, the car was sold at action on 07/24/2018. On Saturday, January 27, I received a 1099-C for 15,892.98. I called to inquire why it took so long to send me such information and they stated that they couldn't find me but I have been divorced and have lived at the same address all my life. The address on the contract was my ex-husband address but of course he had since moved. However, my address has never changed and my taxes has always had my current address; therefore, I am disputed this tax form. When I called a second time to gather more information, the African-American lady that answered stated, you called earlier about this and I said that doesn't matter, I still have question. However, the Caucasian gentleman was just as rude as the lady and didn't want to answer my questions. I basically asked, why didn't take so long to find me and he said that it takes a long time to find someone and I said my address never changed and he was just quiet on the phone. I wonder, what other steps is there for me to take because I don't want to speak with such rude individuals when this is detrimental to my living. Resolution Sought This should be left for my ex-husband since he's the one that had the car and he's never filed taxes in years. I'm a law abiding citizen and he needs to be held accountable and found like they found me.
