I had my BMW towed into Henderson BMW because it was over heating and had an oil leak along with a display on the dash that said headlight malfunction but the headlight worked fine, well they were not able to remove the cluster warning unless I paid an additional 1,000$when that was already included in the estimate of 10,000 and he stated he would fill the tank of gas to help me get over the shock of such an expensive bill, which he did not do. I need to talk with someone to explain in detail. Resolution Sought The outcome that I would like to hope for would be to take an average cost from companies in that area and be reimbursed the difference.
