I have been taking my car to BMW since 12/23/21 for repairs for oil leaks, gas leaks inside the vehicle, over heating, drive train malfunction, & whining noise from the belts! I have has to take my car back every 2-3 months and my last appointment is scheduled for 3/4/23 for the same thing! They have been paid OVER $7,000 from me & my warranty company & AutoNation also paid them money for repairs in Dec 2021. However, they called me on 3/3/23 and stated they do not have any loaners (as I requested), and the service manager Randy Zeigler said I can bring the car to them & they will ADD oil! So, he KNOWS the drive train malfunction light came back on & the oil warning says ADD OIL IMMEDIATELY & DO NOT DRIVE because it can result in engine problems!! They are NOT fixing the problem & if I have brought the car in 3-4 times for OIL LEAKS, they are AWARE there are serious problems with the vehicle!! Resolution Sought Repair my vehicle 100 and give me a loaner or reliable transportation while the repairs are being done, plus reimburse me for the repair costs and pay me for the inconvenience and hardship/ pain and suffering!
