I had a service done to my vehicle and on a routine maintenance check I was told the service needed to be done again when I explained that they had just done said service and inquired about the company warranty I was told they had the wrong vehicle they just changed that in my vehicle and it didn't need to be changed now I'm facing a bigger issue that plus other parts for not being aware the job was never done but if the part was done like I paid for them I would be able to maintain the rest of the normal ware and tear. Resolution Sought Fix the mistake that wasn't a mistake I paid for the service to be properly fixed and it wasn't or reimburse me of the money I spent and I can take it to someone who will do the correct work.
