Had a bit of an issue. But their Executive reached out to me and we talked over everything.

Had a bit of an issue. But their Executive reached out to me and we talk over everything in detail. He listened to me and what happened, I listened to him. It was a pleasure to have a good conversation and have someone work with you on a solution.
I would suggest to those that had a bad experience, don't get emotional. Talk it out, and see what options are available. The results that come from it will surprise you. Thanks to FantaSea for listening and responding how they did.
