I purchased gas lifts for my boat on July 26th, 2021. When the box arrived, I did not open it immediately. When I did, I found that they had sent me the cover supports - not what I ordered. The receipt in the box showed I ordered the correct gas lifts. I called for a replacement about 40 days or so after the items had been received and they refused my return as being out of their stated return timeframe of 30 days. If I changed my mind or mistakenly ordered the wrong item, I could somewhat understand. But in this case, they sent me the wrong items. I elevated this to a manager who was no more helpful than the original person - like talking to a robot. To make things worse, I could hear the persons dog in the background as her VOIP phone was coming in and out. Other than the fact that I was able to get someone on the phone, this company has horrific customer service. Resolution Sought I would be content to have the part that I originally ordered or alternatively return the item at its expense and receive a refund. It really shouldn't be that complicated given that it is your mistake.

We do not sell products directly, but rather, serve as a platform in which manufacturers and distributors are able to connect with end users directly to provide them with products. In order to maintain the integrity of our platform, as well as to ensure that the manufacturers are able to bring the products to market with their specified terms and conditions, our policies, including our return policies, are designed to be in compliance with those of the specific manufacturer of the product. Note that products are to be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, otherwise, they are non-returnable. Our records show that the product was delivered on July 31, 2021. We received a request to return the product on September 14, 2021, well outside the 30 day returns period. We are more than happy to offer a coupon for a $15 credit toward a future purchase, which is 30 of your purchase price, however we are unable to accept the return, and refund in full, as this falls outside the manufacturers returns period window and outside of our terms and conditions.
