My experience was horrible. I had my 2014 Chevy Traverse service for a oil change only. When I pulled in the service drive my vehicle had no exhaust issues AT ALL..I was contacted by my service advisor Mr. James Valentine who recommended that I receive a transmission and V99 induction service, for a fee of $310.00 separately. I declined both services and Mr. Valentine advised my vehicle was finish. I went to start my vehicle and immediately heard a loud noise coming from my exhaust. I went back inside to speak to Mr. Valentine an advised my vehicle was not making this loud noise when I arrived. Mr Valentine agreed drove my vehicle back to the service and put it on the vehicle lift to inspect my exhaust issue. Mr. Valentine talked to the technician who serviced my vehicle. The technician advised that he heard the noise but didn't report it to anyone once the oil changed was finished. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle prior to coming in for an oil change. I believe because I declined the transmission and V99 (induction) service my vehicle was tampered with. I spoke to manager name Tony who advised that he faults his technician for not saying anything about the problem but it was not going to be fixed. I would like to make a complaint on this business in reference to this incident Resolution Sought I would like for my vehicle to be repaired and fixed like it was when I brought it there for service
