Purchased a car off of Bob Bennett car dealer 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo n an hour we had to take the car to Morgantown express lube which he owns also and it started from there Transmission had to be replaced he's had the car more than we have! They put the Transmission in and forced the bolts and they worked loose. And sat the dip stick on top of the #1 spark pug and wire! He sold the car without an airbag and this is been a year-and-a-half! He didn't tell us that it had a modified - motor in it was switched from a 4.7 liter to a 3.7 liter . The water pump , alternator , plugs and wires , speed sensor , wheel sensor, and now the starter . The past 3 weeks we have had our car 3 days and all those days the car had to be towed back to the shop due to the same problem that was supposed to be fixed! And its over heating which is a new problem ! And the heat doesn't come on now. He should never be allowed to sell another car or fix one because it doesn't seem like he can do either. We have lost jobs because of this and eventually our home from lack of $ from job loss. The stress is unreal. There is no way with him being a dealer and owning a repair shop for as long as he has that he did not know that that jeep was a lemon! And he really doesn't seem to care Resolution Sought Full refund on the car !

The Pittmans bought this vehicle 17 months ago With that said i gave them a thirty day or 1000 mile 50-50 warranty. That is all that is required. I agreed to fix the airbag light and after numerous appointment they never showed to have that fixed until 17 months later.They came in threatening me and i said leave the vehicle i will fix the airbag light which i did they also informed me they wanted other things fixed and i said the warranty was out 16 months ago. I know they are having financial trouble so in good faith I put them in a new battery and starter at no cost to them,i was only trying to help someone in need, but at the same time the warranty ran out 16months ago. enclosed you will find a bill that I never charged them for. Because they are having car trouble after 16months i feel they are trying to take advantage of me.
