Bob Hamilton Plumbing Heating AC & Rooter complaints

I called Bob Hamilton plumbing to have them come and look at my clogged drain. A technician showed up ran a snake about the width of my pinky through my whole drain line. When he got done he said that there was a major clog and they would have to run the camera to see how serious it is. Not once while he was running the snake through did it ever clog up or get stopped because of a clog. The gentleman showed up with the camera the technician and he pushed it down the maximum 4 ft he said 3 ft and it was about 3 in in diameter and flat. You could see nothing from the camera at all and he stopped and told me that it was a major clog and that he would give us an estimate on what it would take to go outside and dig a hole to get to it. I asked the technician why when his fellow worker ran a snake through it he didn't run across any clogs and his explanation was it's like a knife running through butter and that's all he said. Then he went on to try to high pressure us and tell us that they have a technician that can jump on it later that day or the first thing in the morning it needs to be done immediately because he's going to have to shut the water off because nothing can be used. This was a rental property a duplex and he said the customers or the renters were complaining when he was down there about not having water to use. He would not leave he sat there and sat there and sat there until I came up with a answer was I going to use them or not. I felt very pressured very uncomfo Resolution Sought I want everybody to know that they are running a scam I was not able to finish what I was trying to say above that they made me very uncomfortable so I told him I would call them in the next couple of days he continued to try to push me and I said sir you need to leave and let me make a decision away from you. I called another company out they came down and in 20 minutes they had completely unclogged the drain at a cost of $200. Bob Hamilton plumbing told me it was going to cost between $4,800.
