I am deeply disappointed with the lack of response and resolution to my concerns, which is unacceptable and does not reflect the core values of integrity, transparency, professionalism, teamwork, and respect that the company claims to uphold. During my visit to the dealership on February 14, 2025, I felt immense pressure from the salesperson to make a purchase that night, despite repeatedly expressing my need for more time to think. This pressure led to a hasty decision to purchase the car, which I now regret. Additionally, the dealership did not show me the contract as I was signing it, nor did they inform me about the accessories included. Furthermore, I was falsely told that I had to keep the warranty for 90 days, which was a lie. I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter, as my attempts to contact the dealership have been ignored. The lack of integrity and transparency in their dealings is unacceptable, Resolution Sought Take the vehicle back or adjust the overall price.
