On Dec 23, 2020 I purchased a 2020 Honda ridgeline with a Dealer installed Tonneau cover at a cost of $850.00. When I got the truck home the bed was flooded due to rain. I called John Purner at the Dealership and he arranged for me to take the truck to Premier Auto Solutions; They adjusted it and two later I had the truck washed and it flooded again. I provided pictures to Premier Auto and they ordered a replacement cover but it didn't solve the problem; I called Jeff Morgan and John Purner, they arranged for me to take it back to Premier Auto, they removed the tie down cletes and adjusted the cover and tested with a water hose; it still leaks. This tonneau is not recommended for the Honda Ridgeline because the rails don't allow the in bed trunk to fully open. Resolution Sought If the dealer can install the correct tonneau cover in a timely manner, that would be acceptable. Otherwise, I want a full refund of $850.00. I have been trying to resolve this for almost six months.
