After setting an appointment ahead of time, I dropped my truck off to Bob Maxey on Jefferson on Dec 6th. They did not even start working on the vehicle until January despite the appointment, and now after giving me the run around for 2 months they are telling me that my engine is warranty covered, however the engine is on back order with no ETA. Now they wont even respond to text messages when I ask for updates. It really feels like they just stole my truck and arent honoring the warranty I purchased. Resolution Sought I want my truck back with a rebuilt engine or replaced engine. That or a replacement vehicle of equal value.
