We order a Cal-King bed. and described it in detail what we wanted. A frame to fit our cal king mattress witch we bought there. it would be 72 -84. we repeated several times what we wanted and the size. They told us it would be a special order and take two months at least. about two months later they call and said its ready. We go get it home and set it up and it is the wrong frame so we have to wait another two months to get ours . The frame we got is a king head broad and foot broad. I told them when they brought it out it was the wrong size. That's when they informed us that is the way they make then by making the side bread stick out 3 inches on each side pasted the mattress to hit your shin on it all the time. we told them. We didn't want it. we wanted it returned. but that wasn't an option it had been to long. That's because it took them at least 4 months to get the bed. Then they wanted us to trade for a king . we do not want a king bed! they did offer us 40 back of what we paid or $400.00 for our inconvenience or a king and mattresses(witch we don't want). Resolution Sought A full refund on return of the bed that we paid. Because we did not receive what we explained to them what we wanted and they said could order it.
