A 14x70 mobile trailer was purchased, under a written contract, business did not fulfill promises made in the contract, and when item was delivered further deviated from the contract, offering no written addendums or refunds. An insurance claim needed filed for faulty work that needed redone and inability for procedure to live up to it's stated abilities expressed in the contract. Attempts to resolve have been made since February 2023, and not until a filed Google complaint did I recieve a written statement of their intent to discuss the concerns stated there. Since then, the individual needed to be talked to is consistently stated as unavailable and he has called me names, put me down, and then stopped responding. A BBB compliant was made and more lies about me were stated and claims that they owe me nothing, even though consumer protection laws and contract laws state otherwise. Their attorney has ill-advised them about the contract being "good". Resolution Sought My desired outcome has been a refund payment of $250], since the contract has sloopy pricing of promises made and I want to settle this and allow us ALL to move on. I have a wheelchaired child that is suffering from the delays this business has caused me in finishing her handicapped bathroom, that has been needed for 3 years already!!!

Green's contract that he signed stated that the home purchased was "as is". He had opportunity to inspect the home before it was moved to his residence, he did not do so. He has been notified by our attorney that he must stop the harrassment, he is not willing to negotiate he only demands. He has been notified to speak to our attorney and that if harrassment continues we will take him to court. We are not interested in any more contact with Green.

Business owner has made written statements of promise to talk, but has never been available to talk and since used an attorney to hide behind claiming several false things. The owner further made written statement that it deviated from the signed contract and has refused to show any written addendums to make those deviations legal. The business further hasn't reimbursed me for those stated deviations, for which they were in fact paid for. Thus further breaking the laws in doing so. They fail to mention that I have called their attorney multiple times, and he has also failed to respond or call me back! The owner owes me money for promises broken in the contract including the stated express warranty as it was worded as such. Express warranty gives buyer rights for how stuff is worded, inspite of any as "is clause". If by chance the clause holds as proprietary, then it is clear the business wrote a contract and took money in a fraudulent manor at tge least! Again, I simply ask for a portion of what's actually due me and collectable. If the owner really is honorable and not a fraud, then some form of actual resolve would be reached, he only wants it his way which is not what I've as
