Makes promises they don't keep

Business made promises they fail to keep. The owner is regularly unreachable. They claim false things repeatedly. They did work that needed redone, but offer no assistance to cover our losses as such, and hide behind a lawyer who has made a statement contrary to what the owners have stated through a BBB complaint filing. I don't recommend because additionally I can't get any help from organizations that the owners wife represents, atleast 6 different ones that I'm aware of( I have a handicapped child that was supposed to finally get a much needed handicapped bathroom). Owner wrote a very sloppy contract, and claims he's fulfilled it, even though he's made a statement through the BBB, that he didn't. Please don't use them, I'm not the only customer that's been ripped off by them!!!
