I purchased an E-book (VEGUCATION/OVER MEDICATION. price $19.99. I expected to get a receipt from the company by email with a link to access the purchase. I was not given a receipt or the e-book. I waited but got nothing. Sent an email requesting a link for the download for access to the e-book. I received a response directing me to my SPAM folder. It has been 2 weeks but no ebook. I was warned not to ask again because that repeating my REQUEST will not speedup a reply; and that the first request for the e-book will be research and that will take 24-48 hours. Waited 3 days but nothing but a series of samples ADS about other PRODUCTS I CAN PURCHASE. I got on the company web site to look for a phone number to call but there is NONE. Continued to send messages but after 5-8. I realized that this company was another SCAM SO WENT AMAZON AND PURCHASED THE HARDCOPY OF THE BOOK. The cost was over$35.00. Uncle Shipping and tax. BOBBY PRICE CONTINUE TO SHOWUP ON UTUBE SELLING HIS PRODUCTS. I Wanted to share his health products to my all members of my family. But I feared that I WOULD BE DISSAPOINTED. I paid using my APPLE CARD WHIC H WAS TAKEN FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT I NEED TO GET A REFUND OF $$19.99 Resolution Sought I need a direct phone # for Bobby Price. I need to LET HIM KNOW THAT SOME ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNFIT TO SERVE HIS BUSINESS MODEL. And link to download my purchase.
