I made a purchase from Bob's Furniture the day of delivery there delivery service refuse to deliver the furniture because there was snow on the ground. we had cleaned the delivery area but they still refuse. So I called to complaint I wanted my furniture and they refuse and said will reschedule, buy you can cancel at any time. I just called to cancel the order and they refused to give me any confirmation that i canceled I called five different people they all assure me that it was canceled and it won't be delivered or charge. And I called Wells Fargo to find out and instead Bob's charged me for and undelivered furniture after I canceled the order. Wells Fargo will put a dispute and now i find my self searching for help to help me with this charge I have on my account with no furniture. Resolution Sought To give me a full refund of my undelivered items.

When the guest cancelled their order they were never actually charged, it was a pending authorization. It is now dropped off of the account, so the balance is now to $0.00. We have spoken to Wells Fargo and this has been confirmed. Guest was never charged.

Bob's in Salem new Hampshire purchased dinning room table it gut stain on top called them up they said it's out of factory warranty I told them I have goof proof called them up they told me they don't cover it when I paid for extra warranty for that reason 5 years accidental stain now wat do goof proof is scam 350 dollars and they won't fix it but I paid for it Resolution Sought Replace my dinning table that I paid for and warranty or give me my money back I'm getting ripped off not fear to me bob's is scamming there customers in to giving them more money
