I purchased a sectional which carries a 1-year warranty and purchased an addy'Goof Proof" insurance for $299.99 to cover everything else. Side purchased 7/8/23. The one section of the sofa has totally faded and when I called Bob's warranty department they stated that it's normal wear and tear and is not covered. Resolution Sought Fix the sofa or refund me my $299.99

I had a delivery for a day before date. Reschedule the delivery for the following day. Following a game they turned around. Did it make the effort to deal with the customer? They brushed off the customer. They didn't did no accommodation for the customer they did not. Came to a conclusion with the customer alright? Was not willing to work with the customer. Kept brushing them off to customer service customer services. Just a recording eventually 2530 minutes later. Somebody will call you and they would take the complaint. But no actions are done. You tried to call them up at the store. They tell you you have to press. A button does not exist you call customer service. You try to explain it to them and continue telling you the same story. They keep brushing you off. Next thing they turn around. Say oh well, you have to wait 24 hours for someone to get back to you. Meantime, you pay for the merchandise. Nobody's telling you nothing. You try your best to get in contact with them and nobody return your phone call. They don't have no customer service whatsoever at the store locations. There's just a recording. Can you try all the numbers they give you? And the only to a customer service, but no one returns your call. Resolution Sought I would like my refund back. And be compensated as well
