A year ago on October 30th, 2021, I completed my needed traffic school for a ticket I received in February of 2021. I completed it 2 days before it was due to my court. A year later I come to find out that my traffic school completion certificate was never submitted to my court as expected which was told to me after I completed my course. I contacted the school and explained to them what happened all the (I'm guessing owner) had to say was that he no longer offers traffic school and that he is not able to electronically submit anything online. He told me to go to a random courthouse in Los Angeles because they have all of the records. I don't agree that I should have to do that due to the fact that they failed to submit my completed traffic school certificate to my court which was stated at the completion of my traffic school. The owner stated that it was submitted the same day that my traffic school was completed. I stated that the court it was supposed to be turned into never received it. I don't appreciate being lied especially after I paid this business to take care of my traffic school as they promised. If a traffic school is a DMV certified traffic school it is my understanding that they would still be able to look up records in that case. I believe this man took the money I paid him and had no intention of following through with what I paid him to do. Resolution Sought I would like my money back and I would like there to be a better surveillance on this business when it involves people paying this man and not receiving the services they paid for. I don't believe this man should be in business anymore.

Company states; Please be advised that we would need additional information from this consumer in order for us to further assist her. Also, please have her provide a receipt showing we were the driving school she delt with, so we can again further assist her.
