I have recall for Honda Odyssey last one year for back up camera. I took the appo & ask head office Honda send parts..?. The boch people said yes we have parts now..I came two times still they are denied to work + i have five year 200000 miles warranty for all powertrain too. Need windshield has camera covers to gluied & fixed only but they need $192 now??.Still all parts & labor has been in warranty...Why ask for money???.Still my pro id not solved..Will pl help me for recall & dash camera covers to fix in warranty pl..Bless you all. Resolution Sought Need real help for recall my odyssey & dash board covers has to fixed in warranty...I bought the odyssey from both Honda... Still they are not helping at all. Co has big name in mass state...TX.

Company states; We have spoken to Mr. Dudha, and he understands and acknowledges that the camera recall was already performed at no charge to him, and that the plastic cover that encapsulates the camera is not covered by the recall or any applicable warranty as it is considered interior trim and trim components. There is a new safety recall that was just issued, which he was told about. He said he will call back to schedule an appointment for that work to be done. Accordingly, there is no basis to allege that Boch Honda engaged in any unfair or deceptive conduct, or otherwise failed to honor any warranty. Regards,
