I was looking for a Jeep for a long time. I finally found a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 2021 that I wanted to buy, and it was at Boch Nissan of Norwood. On July 12, I went to the dealership and took it for a ride. It was a nice Jeep and it had every option and color that I wanted. I noticed the unusual wear on the tires It defiantly did not look like tires that were driven for only 17000 miles. I pointed out my concern of the tire wear to, Max the salesman. I told Max that the tires look more like they had 35000 miles wear. He insisted they were the original tires and he denied my request to swap tires off my 2019 Jeep ,trade in, that were in better condition. I still loved the Jeep and bought it that day. On the following Wednesday I returned to the dealership to get the registration and inspection sticker. To my dismay they told me that the Title (35000 reading) and the odometer (17000 reading) did not match and it could not be registered until the registry looked into the matter and fixed the title. Of course I was extremely upset. Max, the salesman, said it would only take 2 weeks to a month to fix and they would give me a rental. As upset as I was, I accept the rental. They did promise to put new tires on the jeep, which lifted my spirits a little. But later I found out that the Dealership was only applying for a new Title, which would allow them to change the the miles on the title. There are dragging this out. It's been 2 months I have no car. Resolution Sought I want my vehicle! This dealership is dragging this out for some reason. What they are doing is wrong and very crooked. What legal course do I have? It's been depressing I bought a nice Jeep and the gave me a shitty rental to use. This now has turned into a game for them. I am retired military and Law enforcement and I would love to get some respect. 2 months of not having my vehicle is a bit excessive. They turned back the mileage and the are toying with me. I'm upset.
