We bought a used Toyota rav 4 on August 2nd they charged us 589 to transfer insurance and registration they didn't transfer insurance I did it myself they still have not gotten our registration 35 days later we need registration to get a inspection sticker this is unacceptable they do not return phone calls or. Messages. I would appreciate your assistance anyway possible!! Thank you Resolution Sought Refund or credit for services not rendered and my registration delivered to.me.

I have conducted an investigation into Mr. Hetu's complaint, and it appears from our records that Mr. Hetu's vehicle was registered on or about August 23, 2023. Mr. Hetu was provided with the original registration and a sticker when he purchased the vehicle. The dealership also emailed him a copy recently when he alleged that he could not find the original. As for the insurance, it is the customer's responsibility to notify his/her insurance agency as most carriers will not accept any change to an individual policy unless it speaks with the customer. Boch Toyota South does not charge customers any fee related to insurance, so it is not clear what charge Mr. Hetu is referring to. There is a documentation fee of $529.00 that is charged to every customer, but this fee has nothing to do with the customer's insurance. Accordingly, there is no basis to allege that Boch Toyota South engaged in any unfair or deceptive conduct.
