I am making a complaint about Bodcaw Bank located here in Texarkana tx I have fallen victim to a fraudulent check that was sent to me and I told the bank that I didn't know because the guy had a job on indeed for work from home assistant and now they're trying to take me to jail I have talked to the employees in the bank about this and shown proof to them from the job description from indeed on down to the person's name and they're still trying to put charges against me I even tried to pay them back in weekly payments and bought 200 dollars to start payments today but they wouldn't take it the threats of jail are being thrown in my face still I have a family and can not go to jail why aren't they trying to come to an agreement with me? They wanted an agreement from me so the warrant wouldn't go out I have tried my best to make arrangements with this bank and I'm the victim that was scammed from indeed about it someone please give me advice because there's a detective calling my phone telling me I have 24 hours to pay it or a warrant will be sent out against me it's like the bank isn't listening to me Resolution Sought Help me resolve the issue so I won't go to jail.
