Purchased Pillow Top Firm Mattress, 12-30-22, Instead they bought Soft Pillow Top to my home. They wont answer their phone, been calling since 12-30-21, Would like them to please replace the mattress to firmpillowtop, Has not been taken out of plastic bag. If you dont have say so. We can change to regular firm Queen bamboo, I have Bamboo Queen Pillow Top. Which I really wanted. But Firm pillowtop, not soft pillowtop. Please answer your phone, left several messages. Resolution Sought Give me a Bamboo PillowTop Firm Mattress, or return my money and I can purchase another mattress. No body is answering the phone. Calling since the day I got mattress delivered. 12-31-21.
