I've been a client at Body Arts and Science since 2012. The owner (Janet) has her husband and children working at the office. The doctors aren't related. I had my breast done at the office on 10/27/22. The procedure didn't heal correctly. I referred my friend Jessy for a tummy tuck. We went together to meet with the doctor for a free consultation. in the consultation, we sat with a nurse/manager. Jessy was able to lock her scheduled procedure date and give the down payment as well as sign all documents needed. I was able to show the nurse my breast.. the nurse insisted I get them redone and said whenever I'm ready come back so i can have them redone. I also made a consultation to meet with the surgeon so he can evaluate my breast. he agreed I needed to redo them but before that he recommended I use scar tape for three months. Janet called her husband and said look who's here Shanon. She had me on FaceTime showing him me saying how beautiful I am and that her husband loves me. My next appointment he was there, and we made flirtatious remarks to each other. he requested I buy him a burner phone. I gave him the burner phone, but he ended up using WhatsApp asking me not to text him. One week later, I met up with him nearby around the corner from a pharmacy while he picked his wife's medication. This was around the corner from the practice. He came over to my car, open my door and kissed me. I truly felt no connection and decided I did not want to go further with him. I didn't kno Resolution Sought Fix my breast or reimburse be so I can get them fixed somewhere else. If they choose to refund me I would except $10,000.00 and take a lose of $4000.00. This will be enough to get them fix by another doctor.
