Customer Complaint

I paid for a full year of online membership after a 7day free trial. The amount cleared my bank account on 12/07/2022. Instead of the company crediting my payment for the year to my account, they simply shut down my account. When I tried to access my established plan, it's no longer there and the company acts like it was never paid for. I understand people make mistakes, but the main problem is no one has been accessible by phone. I've emailed several times and get a robo email back. I've tried contacting this company several times and each is a failure on their part. Resolution Sought I would like my membership activated, and some satisfactory human customer service support. If not, a full refund.
