Lawyers are hired over the phones very often. Leaving a verbal agreement I had one with Boehmer Law in St.Charles mo for 1000.00 a month untill 5000.dollars paid in full.He took my first payment of 1000.00 through my card account plus a extra 17.50 for doing it on a card so the amount of 1017.50. After he got the first payment he then changed verbal agreement for full balance when this happened we were still in July .In said he was done unlesd payment of 5000.in full. That was not the agreement. That is a breach of verbal contract. So i would like my payment of 1000.00 dollars back unless you have stole money from me . Resolution Sought Return 1000.00 to me
