Bohnenkamp Construction complaints

I hired Bohnenkamp construction to do a remodel for my kitchen and bathroom. He asked for $3,800 up front. I paid $5,000. Tyler came and demoed the bathroom down to the studs. He went downstairs and cut all of copper pipes with a hack saw and water poured all over my washer and dryer. He put in pex pipes. He would work for about 2 hours and leave. He left us without a toilet for 3 weeks. He destroyed the bathroom and we wasn't able to get the shower kit for two weeks. He let all the insulation fall all over my washer and dryer. He said he didn't know there is a two week delay. I asked him to complete certain tasks and he ignored them. He left us with no water and no kitchen sink. I asked him to make our kitchen floor safe because it was damaged from the leaks and was rotted. He came back and jerked our oven away from the wall and slammed a piece of plywood onto the floor. He sent me a text stating there are hardly any evenings He could work and possibly the weekend. He said he would send over a guy to replace the rest of the plumbing. He wanted to replace our main drain pipe from the toilet. We did not want any more plumbing replaced and was afraid he would do more damage. Can you please help me. My mom is 76 and called her a liar in one of his messages. He has a bad temper and would not listen to my mom. Our plumbing did not need replaced. Resolution Sought Refund
