BOIP Internet provider debited my account on 9/13/2024 for normal monthly billing service. Router stopped working on evening of Friday 9/13. Business will not respond to voicemails, text messages, emails or Facebook messages about service interruptions. Resolution Sought Refund my payment and confirm cancellation of future payments or respond and fix my router.
