We have been paying $105.30 for three hours of cleaning once a month for more than a year. We are not always there when they come to clean but we have a garage door "app" that shows us when the cleaners would arrive and leave. The first time they left 20-30 minutes early we called the manager and he stated he would speak with his employees about the incident. This happened several more times, the last time the person left after only being at our house for 38 minutes. We were still billed the full amount. We again spoke with the manager, he showed little concern but did say he would send another cleaning crew out. This time he stated he sent three cleaners out, they stayed approximately 30 minutes so we only received a little over 2 hours total cleaning time. We were billed for 3 hours. During our year + with this company, 1. there was a wet mop left on the hardwood. 2. I advised the manager that the dusting was not thorough. 3. I advised the manager more than once that the toilets were not being cleaned thoroughly. We would advise that their clients closely monitor the quality of work and the amount of time actually spent cleaning. We have cancelled our service with Boise Clean Pro. Honor their agreement to provide quality cleaning for the amount of time paid for. At this point, the money is not the issue, we are not asking for a refund, we just want to warn people..
