I feel they need to be reported for working illegally.

Went to get tires. The employees/owner wreaked of alcohol. They haven't paid taxes in 15 years and are working fixing cars under the table. No one there has paid taxes for years and they take money to fix cars without being certified. The man that worked on my car is David McCoy. He is not a registered or certified mechanic and refused to give me my money back for doing a bad job. Made my car even worse than it was before.
