Stop them from drinking on the night shift and smoking in front of the store while children are present.

I went in to buy some food the guys in the back was so drunk and arguing smoking marijuana outside the store kids are walking pass its disgusted me the manager needs to know this they losing customers . Stop them from drinking on the night shift and smoking in front of the store while children are present.
