I purchased a lawn tractor jack from this company in N C on the 9th of this month, have not received the items as of this day the 25th of may. The company name is Bolooktv I am out my money of about 80.00 us dollars , I want my money or the lawn tractor jack. Resolution Sought Send me the lawn tractor jack or reimburse me my money

I ordered a gas push lawnmower from bolooktv online for $79.89 and they gave me a tracking number LW210938764CN. I've been tracking this number since 4/17/2022 well on Saturday 5/14/2022 a pack came with this tracking number on it and it was a 5cent oven mitt. today I returned it to sender they are a scam and trying to rip me off. I work hard for my money and I want to report them for scamming me. Resolution Sought I want my money back.
