This Company Runs Scams sending person to my door talking about switching to their service like they were going to save me money. He asked to see my PG&E bill and it showed do not pay much or use much Gas My bills were $5.00 for gas usage. I started with bolt agreeing over the phone in Early September and when I got my next bill its was $32. 00 with charges I don't understand. Next Month $65. and December $74.00 . My bills were that high before. only around $15.00 including electric because I got Solar. I called the Company about it and they said I was being charged by the day $1.49 instead of by my usage of gas . I was only charged for my usage before with PG&E. this is wrong and I am a Senior this should not happen to anyone. Big Scam I want to Cancel this Service because I feel the con will continue. I don't trust them Bolt People and I wonder if PG&E is in on the Scam . because they read the Meters and Know my usage is Low. I know about the 199. cancel Fee , that is also wrong because I should get a credit based on overcharge of usage. Resolution Sought Have the Bolt Compay Cancel and Credit what they should not have charged. I never agreed to pay a daily rate and was always charged based on usage with PG& E . The News Media should Know about this.
