In 2019 I lease a car from Moses Thomas and 2-3 months later I fell behind on my insurance. we kept In contact about everything we was doing pretty good business until he called me asked me to come in the office to talk to him about my insurance. and I did. so after discussing everything he told me to leave my car at the business he was going to park it in the back and he was going to give me a week to put my insurance back on I called him back in 3 days to get my car and he told me he sold my car I was devastated because that was all I had and I used all the money I had to get that car and he also didn't turn in the license plate for the car which left me in a bond because I have a flag on my license Resolution Sought I need a refund or another car I also need for him to pay for my flag

On August 22, 2018, Linda Edmond entered a contract with BOM Auto, LLC for a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. Ms. Edmond was to make a monthly payment of $250 on the 22nd of each month, and maintain full coverage insurance with Bom Auto, LLC as the lien holder at all times. On the 22nd day of December a repossession was issued because Ms. Linda Edmond was past due on monthly payments and late fees by 2 months, Ms. Edmond also didn't have full coverage insurance, which is MANDATORY. Ms. Linda Edmond vehicle was repossessed in December 2018 for failure to comply with agreements, made, signed, and dated on 08/22/2018. Also, Ms. Edmond, put a down payment of $2,000.00 on August 22, 2018 and paid $250.00 for 2 months, so she paid a total of $2,500.00, but violated her contract so her vehicle was repossessed.
