I bought a 2018 GMC Terrian from this dealership and the salesperson Dennis charged me for extra key, rugs, and touch up paint which came to a total of 418.26 but I was charged over a 1000 dollars. when I called and spoke to Dennis about this and said to him that he owes me money back because it cost less then what he charged me. Dennis stated, that he gave me other stuff for my vehicle and I stated I didn't get this in writing. I called and asked for something in writing but never received it from Dennis either he wasn't or always busy per say and my phone call was never returned. I also received a uncut key and a extra key that does work. Also, I went there to pay cash for a vehicle and was adamant about only paying cash and that's it. Dennis asked me if I wanted to finance I told him more than one time no. Dennis handed me a piece of paper and told me to fill it out and sign I stated to Dennis why am I filling out this if I am paying cash. Dennis stated, " this is part of the process." Not knowing my credit was ran after I strictly stated I only want to pay cash. I guess when I said cash he needed to figure out a way to make a profit from my transaction. Resolution Sought My outcome is to receive the 600.00 owed to me and for them to be honest and transparent about there business practices. I went to this dealership because my friend said good things about them. I want them to listen to the customer instead of looking at them as a easy target to deceive them to get what you want especially when it comes to a female.

Company states: With regards to Miss Winford's complaint we apologize for the misunderstanding and miscommunication. At the time of sale, the extra charges she refers to is our Bomnin Care Package. The 2018 Terrain was detailed and we included the set of floor mats as well as the keys and attached is also the "We-Owe" slip with explanation of the items given to her. As far as credit is concerned, we do ask all clients to complete a customer statement and pull credit for security reasons. We are attaching the back of the form she signed authorizing us to do it. (The front we choose to not send since it is her personal information and for her protection, but it is available if she authorizes in writing to be released). Hopefully this will explain more clearly the details of her transaction and we will be glad to meet with her if she wants for explanation.
