Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and distress regarding my experience with Bond Legal, a law firm I hired to represent me in a wrongful death claim for my late boyfriend, Simon Anthony Jesus Ruiz. Despite the court's order to receive a settlement, Bond Legal informed me that I would not receive any payment. This action was taken without my consent and contrary to the judge's instructions. I believe this was unethical and unfair. During an already vulnerable time, I felt taken advantage of by the firm. Their actions have caused me significant emotional distress and financial hardship. I hope that you will look into this matter and take necessary actions to address the wrongdoing I experienced at the hands of Bond Legal. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for the settlement amount ordered by the court. Return of attorney fees paid to Bond Legal Compensatory damages for emotional distress, anxiety, and stress - Punitive damages to hold Bond Legal accountable for their actions - Reimbursement for time and effort spent addressing the issue - Compensation for any additional losses or expenses incurred
