I attempted to purchase a purse from Boodee about a month ago. I placed my order and heard nothing from them. About a week later, the pre auth for the order canceled on my card. Thinking that perhaps there was an issue with my card, I tried again to place the order. I went online and repurchased the purse. I was able to make contact with Tom once and he was very friendly and explained that they didn't have the purse in stock and that he would contact me when they did. About a week later the second pre auth fell off the card. That was October 2nd. Today is Oct 24th and my card was just charged AGAIN for the same amount of 56.82. I have no attempted to place any new orders. There is NO reason why my card should be charged again? I tried to contact the owner with no response. This has caused my account to go into a negative balance. I need the charge to be refunded to my card immediately and for my card information to not be kept on file and repeatedly ran. I did not place a new order and there is NO reason why my card should just randomly be charged. Thank you Resolution Sought I need the 56 dollars refunded to my account immediately!
