Bookingbuddy.com is an online travel search engine that provides different travel sites for the customer to search for air, hotel and/or rental cars. First of all when I googled this company there's no phone number or email to contact them. The travel site I used to book a RT flight from bookingbuddy.com was JETCOST and come to find out the RT ticket for $119.21 was for standby and I was routed to a 3rd or 4th party that was trying to charge me $500+ more to get a ticket. This was clearly a scam. They were foreigners who barely spoke any English and didn't make any sense in trying to explain why my $119 fare wasn't a RT price even though when I went on this JETCOST SITE I chose RT for PHX TO SAVANNAH GA with travel dates of March 15-19. Resolution Sought I am requesting $119.00 refund plus I want contact information to BOOKINGBUDDY.com as well
