I've written to Books N Things 3 times already about refunding my money back due to them not delivering the flowers I ordered in my area. I'm very dissapointed in Books N Things because they were not specific about were they deliver. My wife was upset because she looked forward to getting those. Resolution Sought Refund, $188.00.
