This company is selling counterfeit sports logo merchandise and other brands. Before realizing this, I placed an order on November 29th, 2021 for Baltimore Ravens carseat covers for $69.95 as an intended Christmas gift. The company website estimated shipping anywhere from 1-15 days (in time for my Christmas work party.) Unfortunately, I did research on the company approximately 11 days after the online transaction and suspected the company was a scam, and I immediately got PayPal involved to investigate for a refund. The company began to correspond with me via email from Support@boopstore.com and the order finally arrived on or about January 4th, 2022. The product was an obvious knock-off made of cheap material, no authentic labels/tags, and lacking the leather pattern described in the online description. I reached out via email to request a refund for two reasons: the item arrived far too late for the intended gift and no longer needed and it was a knock-off, cheap product. Boopstore asked that I send pictures and I complied but they've since stopped responding to my emails. This website needs to be investigated and taken down. They are clearly in violation of IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) of many brands and taking money from people and brands. Resolution Sought I want a full refund.
