Purchased Moto G Phone 2025 back around Aug 2025 along with the protection plan at Boost location ( about $155 total) which got lost on bus about a monthish later. When went back to get another phone since I needed phone for my job to clock in and out. Explained my situation and stated that I liked the Moto G and wanted to get another one. Store worker stated that I should just get the Moto G with Sylus. I told them my budget is $150 and I'm not going past that. Worker said that "stylus" version was the same cost . Asked for receipt. Cashier stated that he was going email. Never got. Saw that balance of $250 was taken out of a couple from band withdrawal. Confirmed that styles version was $100 more. Also I had protection plan and could of been confirmed or advised that a claim could be done for original order. Store worker denied, then started going off on me. I never raised my voice once. I think he was upset that I was persistent, I work hard for money and the whole experience was unprofessional, illegal and just wrong. Thank you for your help in advance. I'm requesting another Moto G 2025 like I originally requested the first time. Resolution Sought I'm requesting another Moto G 2025 like I originally requested the first time.

I paid online for services never rendered and I called Boost they told me to dispute with CashApp and I did but was denied by dispute and appeal. Then called Boost back and they told me I don't have an account with them but I clearly paid over $11 for services that I never received. Resolution Sought I want my money back expeditiously.
