I was attempting to renew my service with them. I had been given the run around with multiple agents, including store associates who, instead of trying to help me, tried to con me into buying a new phone entirely. I was initially told to just make a payment and my service would be restored (which is what I'm used to), however, there was no option to do so online as I always had. The agent did something on her end to where the option was now available to me. I made my payment & was still without service. I was then asked by a separate agent to update my phone, which I did.. still to no avail. I have spoken with management & they refuse to restore my service or refund me. I've tried disputing with cashapp, but they will not reimburse me because boost is saying that they have provided service. My last interaction with Boost, I was told by management that the only way to make use of my money was to open a new account, pay another $57 to activate service, and have the original $57 credited for an additional month of service. I don't want to continue doing business with a company so shady, so I don't want to open a new account. I have been without service for months, because I really want this rectified & not swept under the rug. I don't think I should have to pay for their disorganization or be taken advantage of by their employees. They refuse to give me my money back and attempted to con me into paying them more money. Resolution Sought I would just like my $57 back & the account permanently wiped.

I ordered a phone on 3/11/2024 I called and spoke with over 6 different agents always getting told to wait a few more days. Now, on 3/25/2024 they tell me it was actually canceled last week and that it's out of stock at nearest shipping location. I no longer qualify for an upgrade they won't send me the phone from another location and I'm told I have to wait another week to possibly get my refund. They just keep lying to me and passing me around pushing it back days that are turning to weeks. And the model phone I ordered is still available on the website for sale no disclaimer that it's out of stock even though it supposedly has been since I ordered it weeks ago Resolution Sought I want the phone no matter the color. Want them to ship from whatever location has it in stock.
