We were visiting our friend when they started to put a boot even though when we get into the complex it was open and we park as instructed by the owner on the apartment owner parking spot. We told them we were leaving but they still put it, the lady with the company got out of the car and started hitting our car and trying to hit us. Scary. Resolution Sought Refund.

Company states: Boot and tow is a Company that Works for the service for the prívate property we are not responsible for the rules. The Security is the one to decide who have to Obey the rules and authuorize to immoblized the car. Beach club is a private property and at 12 and 1 minute enforce the rules to associacion no exception. Thank you

The security was not in the building when when we entered , we were in the apartments owner parking spot and authorize by him. We never got. Warning , we never were informed of the rules , is not a sign on any place around the parking lot with the rules or a warning. Also a warning was never received by security as required by law before actually putting the boot on our car. Also it was a lady with the truck guy that hit our car and try to hit us.
