Rented a motel room to my horror a cockroach was in the bed this is disgusting conditions my breathing is messed up now. Resolution Sought Refund and Shut down

Company states; I receive your letter July 12 2023 How about the complaint in the room but she cannot stay in our motel, but her boyfriend the room I don't know what time she come in the room and she come in the next day and she gave me a key back and she say I cannot stay whole night in your room. I complain about the cockroach? She come by in about a property drunk, and I complain about the police department and her boyfriend is working in Quality Towing and Transport company , room for him not proof of registration and proof off spree to the invoice.she need refund I agree but her boyfriend pay I give to him, not for her?

I don't drink this room was disgusting I dare someone to stay there one night without seeing a bug.
