Purchased a refrigerator from Boston appliances in June we have had five different refrigerator repairman come to our house and the problem still isn't fixed. When I call the office they give me excuse after excuse how the person can't come to the house I have a husband whose diabetic insulin needs to be refrigerated this is beginning to turn into a health issue now. And at time of purchase the sales girl said if for whatever reason after three attempts the refrigerator still does not work they will replace it with the new one that isn't happening Resolution Sought We want a replacement refrigerator that works!!!
