Right now they are under the name FemFire on Instagram. They provided me a discount code as an ambassador and after placing my first and only order, I received smelly and defective merchandise. This was February 2020. They took forever to email me back then when they did, sent me return instructions. I paid almost $13 to ship back the merchandise to address provided, and they still till this day haven't refunded me. They've changed their name multiple times on Instagram and randomly email me saying they're getting to my issue soon. It's now well over a year. I have contacted them via email, IG, and Facebook and they ignore me or delete my comments and reviews. My bank (Wells Fargo) won't even dispute the charge for me despite evidence because the company knew just exactly how much time to make me wait so I won't be refunded. Resolution Sought I want a refund and then some for all this damn headache and stress and deceit. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
