I have been using boss revolution over a period of time now and never had any issue with them,some time in may I sent an international phone credit of $12.00 to my sister in Jamaica and it was sent mistakenly to a phone number that is no longer in service,so I contacted boss revolution to inform them that my bank card was charged and the credit was sent to a number that is no longer in service and they told me to contact my bank and so I did that,the bank reimburse my money . After that incident to pup my phone with international minutes and on June 29 when I wanted to make a phone call it would not go through,so I called boss revolution and they told me that they blocked me from using there service because they had to reimburse my 12 .00 and when they checked on there system it shows the credit went through and if I don't pay back the money they won't unblock my number,there wasn't any terms and conditions and agreement regarding issues like that when I had signed up for boss revolution. I believe it is not business like to close my account with any notifications and also with the international minutes I had on the app. Resolution Sought Investigate the issue with the phone company that the phone credit went through and unblock the boss revolution app so I can use my international minutes.

I transfer money to wife's account in Mexico since last thursday and Boss Revolution keeps stating that money was deposited but money never got my wifes account. Now i ask for proofs of deposited they provided but still money never got to account so boss revolution says there is nothing else they can do and wife call bank and they no deposits since may 13 2022 so $100 dollars still missinh Resolution Sought Just want my $100 dollars back. This way i will not transfer money anymore to santander thru boss revolution
