We have been going back and forth with the contractor hired to do our roof and gutters. They have corrected some of the issues but we still have a sagging roof that is not level in one corner, causing water to gather in the middle. Exposed nails on the shingles that they put black tar over top to cover. Gutters that they moved because they didn't drain correctly and now have nail holes in the back of and don't drain correctly still. The corners on the gutters corner flashing are all done differently and some you can push where there is nothing even behind it. We have had to fight with them to come back out and fix so many other mistakes that they said there was no issue with yet their workers did eventually correct. We have had to fight to get them to do that and the only reason that they were done was because the finance company had withheld payment. The finance company , who was holding the payment until all work was completed, has now paid out their money and now they have no reason to return. The sales guy Jeremy agreed with all the issues we had and assured us they would get fixed, we have him recorded agreeing to it. The owner, Brick Boss, who is now the only one we are dealing with never got on a ladder or looked at the roof threatened my husband and has come to my place of employment to tell my coworkers i don't pay my bills and that i should not be allowed to work there. I work for the City of Sterling. Initially he offered to give us a $2000 discount and be done, Resolution Sought To pay for the work to get by a contractor correctly
