Customer Complaint

Advised me via customer chat that shipping was free and that we had a sixty day no-hassle return policy. Ordered three rugs. All needed to be returned and left my house undamaged and well-packaged. Upon arrival at Boutique Rugs, all three rugs were found to have damages although two separate shipping companies were used (FedEx and Estes). We were charged close to $200 for damages that did not happen while the rugs were in our possession. Resolution Sought Change the company return policy to state that the customer should ensure having photographs of the goods being returned to safeguard against damages to returns OR no longer offer "free returns" if damages are happening upon arrival at the Boutique Rugs site. I feel that we should be refunded the charges to our account in full.
